Depression

I am trying to understand the subject of Depression and am buying Matt Haig's book, which has been recommended, called "Reasons to stay alive".

Oh gosh. A weight loss tip of listing what I eat was suggested and I ran out of room in my diary.  At least it has made me plan tomorrow.  x

Sugar Club Reunion, Peterborough, England

On Thursday, a 90's music event took place. I am lucky enough to have been involved behind the scenes.

The Sugar Club Survivors Group is a Facebook page celebrating a time in the 90's where anIndie night was held every Saturday in a room within the 5th Avenue Nightclub in Laxton Square. The first Event night took place in 2009 and was based on this page.

Subsequent nights have taken place and Thursday's was brilliant. The play list included:
